What is the Renfrew County Virtual Triage and Assessment Centre?
The Renfrew County Virtual Triage and Assessment Centre is an innovative healthcare service that is available 24/7 for all residents. If you have a health concern (including COVID-19) call your family physician or nurse practitioner. If you do not have a primary care provider or cannot access your primary care provider, call VTAC at 1-844-727-6404 for care and support from a family physician, nurse practitioner and/or community paramedic.

County of Renfrew Community Services are now collocated. The Child Care and Early Years office previously located at 545 Pembroke Street West along with the Renfrew County Housing Corporation and Ontario Works offices previously located at 169 and 161 Lake Street, has moved to 7 International Drive. This move is part of the County’s Human Services Integration initiative to offer a one common-counter approach to provide community services in an efficient and effective way.
