ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS for the Reconstruction of County Structure C201 (Broomes Creek Culvert) and Dam, located on County Road 7 (Foresters Falls Road) approximately 0.1 km east of the hamlet of Foresters Falls in the Township of Whitewater Region, submitted to the County of Renfrew Public Works and Engineering (the “Department”) must be received by 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday February  11, 2025 using ‘Bids & Tenders’ electronic tendering platform for the project, located at Bids and Tenders - County of Renfrew (https://countyofrenfrew.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en/Home/BidsHomepage).

The County of Renfrew will not be responsible for late submissions.

Bidders that wish to submit a tender for this contract must register through Bids and Tenders - County of Renfrew to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.

Electronic PDF files of the plans, specifications and tender form are available for download free of charge for registered bidders. Hard copy plans, Specifications and Tender forms may be obtained from the Department for a non-refundable fee of One hundred (100) Dollars.

There will be no public tender opening, unofficial results will be available on Bids and Tenders - County of Renfrew.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work.

General Information
1. This submission is for the supply and delivery of two (2) Ontario certified Emergency Response Vehicle (ERVs).
2. Submissions are to be received by email to Dave Libby, (A) Deputy Chief-Planning and Logistics, dlibby@countyofrenfrew.on.ca, and copied to Glenn Villeneuve gvilleneuve@countyofrenfrew.on.ca no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, January 24th, 2025.
3. Award may not be considered if the product on which a price is submitted, does not meet all the requirements specified.
4. Promised delivery date will be considered in the awarding this contract.
5. Award is subject to budget, council approval and is the sole discretion of the County of Renfrew.
6. These specifications only list the major details of a unit; therefore, it is the supplier's responsibility to deliver fully equipped vehicles with components that comply with these specifications in all aspects and provide dependable, efficient service. Where minimums are called for, the vehicles/equipment must meet or exceed the capacity, size and performance specified.
7. Vehicles must meet the provisions of the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act and the Regulations made there under, which are in effect on the date of manufacturing of each vehicle.
8. Vehicles must be certified and meet the requirements for an ERV (Emergency Response Vehicle) under the Ontario Provincial Land Ambulance and Emergency Response Vehicle Standard version 6.1.
9. Quoted units must comply with the following specifications in all aspects.

Request for Tender – RFT BM-2025-01 – Expansion of Door Access Card System

SEALED PROPOSALS on forms supplied by the County of Renfrew Bonnechere Manor Long-Term Care Home and placed in sealed envelopes, will be received until 11:00 a.m. local time, February 27, 2025 for the following:

RFT-BM-2025-01 – The County of Renfrew is requesting tenders to provide all labour, material and equipment for the supply and install equipment and materials to expand the existing care access system to include 10 tub room doors throughout Bonnechere Manor, 470 Albert Street, Renfrew, ON.

Companies that wish to submit a proposal for this contract must registered with Bonnechere Manor and attend a mandatory site visit scheduled February 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. If the Home is declared in an outbreak status, the site visit may need to be rescheduled.  Proposals submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted. Faxed submissions will not be accepted.  The lowest of any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work.

RFQ-BM-2025-01 – The County of Renfrew is requesting tenders to provide all labour, material and equipment for the supply and install of ADA automatic door openers at Bonnechere Manor, 470 Albert Street, Renfrew, ON.
