Request for Proposal – RFP ML-2025-01 – LED Lighting Retrofit Project |

SEALED PROPOSALS on forms supplied by the County of Renfrew Miramichi Lodge Long-Term Care Home are to be submitted clearly marked as to its contents and submitted to Miramichi Lodge, Environmental Services Supervisor in a sealed envelope, and will be received until 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., February 20, 2025. RFP ML-2025-01 – LED Lighting Retrofit Project – The County of Renfrew is requesting tenders to provide all labour, material and equipment for the replacement of 2x2 drop ceiling light fixtures at Miramichi Lodge with new LED lights. The existing lighting consists of fluorescent fixtures and is original to the building construction. The lighting is a 120 volt system. Companies that wish to submit a proposal for this RFP must registered for a mandatory site visit. Contractors will book a date and a one-hour time slot within February 12 and 13, 2025 and the site visit will be confirmed by email. Proposals submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.
